If you have a non-medical query regarding your account (for example: relating to an order or subscription), the contact patient support section will enable you to reach us with a direct message, as well as including helpful articles and FAQs which may help you find what you’re looking for faster.
If your query is medical in nature, you can reach out to our clinical team directly via the contact a clinician section. This will also include key information on how to use your treatments, and other helpful resources for a quick and easy answer.
