For Hims and Hers customers based in the United Kingdom, the easiest way to contact us is to log in to your Care Portal (select ‘Login’ from the top right of the home page at either forhims.co.uk or forhers.co.uk), and head to the Messaging section.
From here, you’ll have the option to contact our account support team for any non-medical questions - such as issues related to orders or subscriptions - as well as our clinical team for any medical enquiries that require input from a licensed healthcare professional.
