While Tadalafil is generally safe for most men, like all prescription medications, it does have the potential to cause side effects. The majority of these are mild and transient (meaning they will fade away as the medication exits your body), although some can become serious if you use other medications, or have a pre-existing health condition.
The most common side effects of Tadalafil include headaches, indigestion, heartburn, back pain, muscle aches, facial flushing, nasal congestion, cold symptoms, dizziness, vision changes and blood pressure changes.

Serious side effects are rare, but may include a dangerous drop in blood pressure, sudden vision loss, hearing loss and priapism (an erection lasting four hours or longer). If you experience any of these serious side effects, get medical help immediately.
