Weight Loss treatments are shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, which aims to deliver within 24-48 hours following dispatch from our fulfillment pharmacy partners.
For our Hair Loss and Sexual Health treatments, Royal Mail aims to deliver packages within 2-3 working days once dispatched.
Please be advised that when signing up for a treatment plan with us, your initial order must first be approved by one of our licensed clinicians, and a prescription issued for you. This process can take an additional 1-2 working days.
