Although there is no permanent 'cure' for hair loss per se, it can be very effectively treated in the long term using Finasteride and/or Minoxidil.
This does mean however, that you would need to keep using the treatments on an ongoing basis to fully maintain any results that have been achieved. As the treatments are only effective while the medication is active in the body, if you were to stop taking the treatments altogether, you would gradually revert to your genetic pattern of hair loss.
