The process is simple. From the Hims or Hers home page, you can browse the treatment categories available on our platform.
Once you’ve selected a category, you’ll complete an online intake form that allows us to collect information about your medical history, preferences and treatment eligibility. A licensed clinician will then review your responses and determine the most appropriate treatment options.
If the clinician needs any additional information, the Clinical Team may reach out with follow-up questions, which you can answer securely through your Care Portal.
If your treatment plan is approved, your first shipment will be delivered in discreet packaging to the address you provided, typically within 2–3 business days after your order is completed.
If your clinician determines that a prescription is not appropriate, you will be notified by email.
