The answer to this question is yes… and no.

If your special someone is thinking of buying you any of our prescription products, they may run into a couple of issues. Any order for a prescription product is followed by an online medical evaluation. In these assessments, personal medical information is collected so that an independent clinician can determine if you are medically eligible, and if it is safe for you to receive a prescription.

Medical consent forms must be signed online, and can only be signed by the person receiving the prescription. Just like how you can not go to a doctor’s office and request a prescription for someone else, you can not receive a prescription online if it is not intended for your own use.

If our medical team discovers an order is being placed by a third party during the verification process, a new medical visit/order must be placed.
