All orders submitted through the Hims & Hers platform must be completed by the person receiving the prescription.
As a result, orders placed on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
Any order for a prescription product is followed by an online medical evaluation. In these assessments, personal medical information is collected so that a licensed clinician can determine if you are medically eligible, and if it is safe for you to receive a prescription.
Similar to how you can not go to a doctor’s office and request a prescription for someone else, you can not receive a prescription online if it is not intended for your own use.
If our clinical team discovers an order is being placed by a third party during the verification process, a new medical visit/order must be placed.
