Yes, you always have the right to a copy of your medical records, and we recommend always keeping your regular GP updated on any new medicines you are taking, including those that a licensed clinician prescribes through the Hims & Hers platform.
Should you need a copy of your prescription, you can view and download this directly from your Care Portal. Once logged in, simply visit the Treatments page and select the 'view my prescription' button.
In addition, you can easily inform your GP of any prescriptions that you have been issued through the Hims & Hers platform. To do so, simply select the 'Notify my GP' button on your Treatments page and follow the steps on screen.
