can i change my treatment?

At Hims and Hers, we are committed to helping you achieve the best results from your treatment plan. If your current treatment isn’t working as you might have hoped, you can switch over to a new treatment at any time. 

Please note that this self-service treatment change feature is currently available only for our Hair Loss and Sexual Health categories, and is not yet offered for Weight Loss customers.

To make a change to the treatment you receive from us, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Head to the Treatments page of your Care Portal.

2. Select 'make a change', and click 'change my treatment' from the dropdown menu.

3. You will be provided with an overview of your current treatment and order frequency, where you can select 'adjust' next to the treatment name.

4. At the treatment selection screen, confirm the product you would like to switch over to from the options provided.

5. At the adjust quantity screen, select your preferred number of dosages per month (this step is only applicable to certain sexual health treatments).

6. At the adjust dosage screen, confirm your preferred medication strength (this step is only applicable to certain treatments).

7. On the following 'adjust shipping frequency' screen, choose your preferred order cadence (e.g. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual), and select 'save and continue'.

8. Review your changes - including your shipping address, next order date and preferred payment method, and select 'save changes'.
