can i cancel my subscription?

As much as we would love to help you find a treatment plan that works for you, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

To do this, simply head to the Messaging section of your Care Portal, and notify our Account Support team of your cancellation request.

*Please keep in mind that our team needs a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your next order processing date, in order to cancel or make adjustments to your subscription.* 

Refunds are not guaranteed, in the event that we are not able to stop a shipment in time prior to the treatment being dispatched.
